Discover the historic community of Powelton Village. With its stunning collection of Victorian homes and charming gardens, Powelton Village is Philadelphia’s hidden jewel. Gracious tree-lined streets and a warm family atmosphere define the neighborhood today. Some of the highlights of this year’s self-guided tour include:

  • A modern architect-designed home, replete with elevator and sunroom
  • A contemporary home completed in 2010 with basement home theater
  • A pair of revived side-by-side Victorians with recreated porches
  • A stunning Eastlake residence with an intricately detailed Turkish Library
  • The eclectic Victorian home of an architectural historian
  • A masterfully restored single family detached home with dramatic sun-lit three story stair
  • An inside look of one of Drexel University’s most storied fraternities
  • A former horse stable turned contemporary residence
