The History of the Building
302-304 N. 35th St. were designed and built
by Wilson Brothers & Co. They were
torn down about 1960 for the playground of the Samuel Powel Elementary School.

directory lists him at 2039 Brandywine with an office at 608 Chestnut St. He is also listed at this address in the 1906
Blue Book, but was not enumerated anywhere in the 1900 census. In 1910, he was a boarder at 3411 Race
