“Circa
1870, Second Empire-style, two-and-one-half story double; first-floor arcuated doorways, projecting bays, and wood porch posts with
unifying bracketed cornice and bracketed wood cornice below mansard; 3405 has
slate shingles; 3407, asphalt. Each house has paired dormer windows.”
