two-and-one-half story, Second Empire style double~house
with stone facade and asphalt-shingled mansard. First floor full-height windows
have been replaced by aluminum-sided projecting bay. Original
wood. part removed; metal substituted.
Scroll-shaped and simple bracketed cornice below mansard which has four dormers
with arched window heads.”
