1867-’68 for this building.
3620-22:
“two-and-one-half
story, gabled front brick Italianate double. Circa 1895 Colonial Revival porch
and shutters”

The second census enumeration in
November, 1870, lists M. Lina age 60-64, a male. It is possible that this is Mathew F. Lind, a
merchant, who is listed in the 1861 directory at “Hamilton below 36th.” He had a shop at 426 Market St. He may have been deceased by 1870.
The two Roberts boys were probably
orphans who were boarders here. In 1880,
they were boarders at 3350 Walnut St.

In 1895 and 1900, he lived with his
son at 3510
Hamilton St. In 1900, he was 82
years old.

Eleanor is listed as his granddaughter.
Martha is listed as widowed, married 15 years [before she was widowed)
with one child. In 1880, Martha was
living with her father, Benjamin Altemus, and siblings on Maple Ave.

St. In 1900, they all lived at 6327
Drexel Rd., Ward 34. At that time, Harry
C., Sr. was a clerk for a steel company.
In 1910, they were all living in Lower Merion.
