resolution of the Select and City Councils of Philadelphia naming J. Henry Askin as a surety of Richard Peltz,
Receiver of Taxes elect, and the City Solicitor includes among the properties
to finance the sureties the Òlot or piece of ground whereon is erected the
premises numbered 3701 and 3703 Baring St.Ó
